Candidates are supposed to submit the e-application for enrolment for the selected faculty and pay the fee.
The documents must be translated by a professional translation service into Slovak (Except for the candidates from the Czech Republic).
- For bachelor’s study, the proof of successful graduation within previous secondary school education and other documents are required, which are listed in the Conditions of Admission.
- A master’s degree in engineering / A master’s degree requires a bachelor’s degree and other documents, which are listed in the Conditions of Admission.
- A master’s degree in engineering / A master’s degree and other documents listed in the Conditions of Admission are required for doctoral studies.
Each candidate who has completed a previous study abroad (Except for the candidates from the Czech Republic) must submit:
- A decision on the recognition of a high school diploma if he or she applies for a bachelor’s degree,
- A decision on the recognition of a bachelor’s degree if he or she applies for a master’s degree in engineering / a master's degree,
- A decision on the recognition of a master’s degree in engineering / a master’s degree if he or she applies for a doctoral study.
The decision will be issued by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sports of the Slovak Republic (university diploma), university or the Regional Office of School Administration (proof of secondary school education).
If you have been granted asylum, subsidiary protection, or temporary refuge, obtaining a full secondary or full secondary education can be proved no later than on the day designated for enrolment by a Solemn Declaration and a General Study Prerequisite Test.
