Medicinska sestra ili tehničar - Magister (Mgr.) - part-time

Uslovi za prijem:

Osnovni kriterijumi za prijem u studijski program II nivoa za medicinske sestre - tehničare uključuju završetak studijskog programa za medicinske sestre - tehničare nivoa I i najmanje jedne godine prakse u struci.

Informacije o nastavnom planu studije:

Diplomac master studijskog programa Medicinska sestra - tehničar ima teorijski i praktični potencijal neophodan za razvoj medicinske nege u oblasti obrazovanja, menadžmenta, istraživanja i kliničke prakse; prepoznaje i ima stručna znanja u pedagoškim principima i metodama profesionalne pripreme medicinskih sestara - tehničara i individualnog ili grupnog (porodičnog) obrazovanja; upoznat je sa principima upravljanja na svim nivoima upravljanja; pronalazi i predstavlja svoja vlastita rešenja za probleme istraživanja u oblasti rada medicinskih sestara - tehničara. On/ona dobija sposobnost da samostalno pruža i vodi zdravstvenu negu i radi na svim nivoima sektora medicinske nege; organizuje i radi u oblasti obuke za medicinske sestre - tehničare, planira, organizuje i radi na projektima vezanim za zdravlje stanovništva i može da samostalno radi i u interdisciplinarnim timovima na zadacima vezanim za pružanje zdravstvene nege, stručne obuke i menadžmenta. Diplomac ima znanja iz oblasti društvenih predmeta kao što su filozofija, psihologija i sociologija, kako bi mogao da ih koristi u svom poslu u svim oblastima zdravstvene nege i ima znanja o medicinskim disciplinama koje ume da koristi u pružanju zdravstvene nege pojedinaca ili porodice, grupe; ima znanja i veštine za rad sa elektronskim medijima.

Diplomac master studijskog programa za medicinske sestre - tehničare pruža individualnu negu i razvija praksu medicinske nege u svim oblastima zdravstvenog sistema, u stanju je da kritički razmišlja i radi sa rezultatima pouzdanih studija, učestvuje u naučno-istraživačkim aktivnostima i koristi naučno opravdane metode rada, procedure i tehnike koje mogu pružiti kvalifikovani stručnjaci za medicinsku negu, kod bolesti identifikuje one probleme koji mogu biti predmet istraživanja u oblasti medicinske nege, koristi i primenjuje rezultate istraživanja iz te oblasti u skladu sa etičkim principima i pravima pacijenata, sa naglaskom na maksimalni kvalitet i efikasnost.
