Политология - Magister (Mgr.) - part-time

Требования к поступающим:

Основным критерием для перехода на уровень II обучающей программы «Политология» является завершение обучения по программе «Политология» или иной аналогичной программе уровня I.

Информация об учебной программе:

Магистерская учебная программа кафедры политологии сконцентрирована на подготовке специалистов государственной службы. Выпускники магистерской программы смогут работать в сфере государственного и регионального управления, создавать концепции регионального развития, разрабатывать решения для представительных органов и вышестоящих органов государственного управления, создавать альтернативные проекты развития и проводить их сравнение с аналогичными проектами в других регионах. Кроме того, выпускники, обучавшиеся по данной программе, смогут анализировать социальное и экономическое развитие региона в поиске сравнительных преимуществ, а также для выбора эффективного метода управления регионом. Одним из препятствий на пути прогресса в Словакии и странах бывшего коммунистического блока является низкий уровень профессиональных знаний об организации регионального развития в странах Западной Европы, Европейского Союза и в Северной Америке. Именно поэтому частью этой программы является описание, анализ и моделирование механизмов регионального развития с учетом опыта упомянутых выше стран. Одновременно с этим студенты предпримут попытки найти ответы на некоторые вопросы в следующей области: демократия в жизни гражданина. Основой этого вопроса являются участие гражданина в процессе принятия локальных политических решений, выбор альтернативы общественной оценки и вхождение в группу специалистов целью формирования общественного мнения.

Важной частью этой программы также являются вопросы социального и экономического развития. Они касаются способности формирования беспристрастных и совокупных суждений о реальном состоянии региона, готовности анализировать эти суждения и формировать окончательные рекомендации. Данная программа также касается социальной ситуации с населением, формирования местного и регионального бюджетов, финансового развития и использования международных практик. В качестве ключевых рассматриваются вопросы технической инфраструктуры, здравоохранения, социального обеспечения и образовательной системы.

Выпускники нашей магистерской программы общего назначения также смогут выполнять задачи стратегического руководства на региональном уровне. Эти навыки будут совмещать в себе экономические, политические и социальные аспекты управления.
